Nice Going Josie!

TGIF – Electricity is back on … but wait – another problem has arisen!

After yesterday’s vengeful episode of my ex turning off of the electricity in the house, power has been restored and the account is now under my name so that she cannot call to have it shut off again.

However, now there is a new situation arising. The school district that my kids currently attend contacted me this morning trying to get in touch with my ex-beloved. It seems that they don’t take kindly to having kids attend their schools when the kids no longer live in the district. Oh shit. I’ll give you one guess at who is going to go ballistic and come after my ass. The lady on the phone said that as of Monday, the kids are not to return back to the current schools and that they are contacting the schools in the district that they are currently living.

I guess the ex will have one hell of a day Monday because I know she is not going to listen to the school. She’ll argue with them, as she does with everyone, and will probably try to put the kids on the school bus. I’m sure, however, that at one point or another she will find herself up at the new schools enrolling them.

It might be a good thing because for the past two weeks now the ex is waking the kids up an extra hour and half early to drive down 18 miles to get the oldest on her bus and then sending the other two over to a neighbor’s house to wait with her kid for the bus that comes an hour later. My ex is always late for everything and has no respect for anyone’s time so she ALWAYS misses the bus at the planned bus stop. That’s probably how she got caught. The bus drivers know that when parents come riding up to the bus over and over at different stops or from different directions than the known house – they are probably not doing what they are supposed to be doing.

I’m sure the kids will be fine at the new school. It’s early in the year and they make friends pretty easy. I do feel sad knowing that they will be upset to find out that that their worlds have once again changed. Poor little things. First their mother abandons them for a new man for the summer, then they go home to find out their mommy is now married and to top it off – they don’t even get to go home cause mommy moved them to her new husband’s house. Nice going Josie! Nice work in doing what’s best for the kids. Looks more like what’s best for Josie. What else is new?
